Rhyparida er en slekt av biller som tilhører familiegruppen bladbiller (Chrysomelidae).
Utseende
[rediger | rediger kilde]Middelsstore (ca. 5 millimeter), avlange, halvmatte til blanke, rødbrune til svarte bladbiller, kan ha noe metallisk glans. Pronotum er rundet, fint punktert, noe smalere enn de jevnbrede dekkvingene, som har kraftige punktrader.
Levevis
[rediger | rediger kilde]Både larvene og de voksne (imago) er planteetere.
Utbredelse
[rediger | rediger kilde]Slekten er utbredt i Sørøst-Asia, Australia og Oseania, dessuten er det noen få arter på Madagaskar og andre øyer i Indiahavet.
