Lewis Wolpert (født 19. oktober 1929 i Johannesburg i Sør-Afrika, død 28. januar 2021 i London) var en sørafrikanskfødt britisk utviklingsbiolog og forfatter.
Wolpert er kjent for sitt arbeide vedrørende den intracellulære posisjonelle informasjon som rettleder cellulærutvikling.
Hans hustru døde av kreft. I 2008 publiserte Wolpert en bok om depresjon.[trenger referanse]
Wolpert døde på sykehus i London den 28. januar 2021 av COVID-19, i en alder av 91 år.[7]
