William Duncan (født 3. april 1832 i Bishop Burton i Yorkshire, England død 30. august 1918 i Metlakatla i Alaska i USA) var en anglikansk misjonær i Canada, som grunnla det tsimshianske fellesskapet Metlakatla i Alaska. Selv om han ofte ble omtalt som "Fader Duncan", selv om han aldri ble ordinert.
