Francis Anthony Sullivan S.J. (født 21. mai 1922 i Boston i Massachusetts i USA, død 23. oktober 2019 i Weston i Connecticut) var en amerikansk katolsk teolog og prest tilhørende jesuittordenen.
Han var best kjent for sitt teologisk arbeide innen feltene ekklesiologi og magisterium.
Fader Sullivan døde på sykehus den 23. oktober 2019 i Weston i Connecticut, i en alder av 97 år.[2]
