Feng Youlan (forenklet kinesisk: 冯友兰, tradisjonell kinesisk: 馮友蘭, pinyin: Féng Yǒulán, Wade-Giles: Feng Yu-lan; født 4. desember 1895 i Tanghe i provinsen Henan i Kina, død 26. november 1990) var en av 1900-tallets betydeligste kinesiske filosofer.
Feng Youlans betydning skyldes i vesentlig grad hans hovedverk, Kinesisk filosofis historie, som ble oversatt til engelsk av Derk Bodde. Verket er blitt oppdatert både i Beijing og i Taipei, med Zhongguo zhexue shi xinbian i 6 bind (Beijing) og 7 bind (Taipei).
Feng Youlan studerte filosofi først ved Pekinguniversitetet, og i USA fra 1919 til 1923 under professorene John Dewey og Frederick J. E. Woodbridge ved Columbia University i New York. Han var senere professor ved Zhongzhouuniversitetet i Kaifeng.
