Diskografien til den amerikanske låtskriveren og multi-instrumentalisten Beck Hansen.
Beck Hansen er en amerikansk musiker, singer-songwriter og multi-instrumentalist. Han er kjent under scenenavnet Beck. Musikken hans er en sterk blanding av ulike musikalske sjangre, med udirekte og ironiske tekster, og postmoderne arrangementer med samples, trommemaskiner, live-instrumentering og lydeffekter. Beck har blitt hyllet av kritikere og offentligheten gjennom sin musikalske karriere for å være en av de mest kreative musikerne gjennom 90-tallets og 2000-tallets alternativ rock.
Han vokste gjennom popularitet i undergrunnen med sitt tidlige arbeid, som kombinerte samfunnskritikk (som i «MTV Makes Me Want to Smoke Crack» og «Deep Fried Love») med musikalsk og lyrisk eksperimentering. Han vakte først oppsikt blant offentligheten med gjennombruddssingelen «Loser», utgitt i 1994.
Beck har gitt ut 8 album på større selskap. To av Becks mest populære[1] og kritikerroste[2][3] innspillinger er Odelay og Sea Change. Odelay ble kåret til årets album av det amerikanske musikkmagasinet Rolling Stone, og av britiske blader som NME og Mojo. Odelay ble også nominert til en Grammy for beste album.
Til dags dato, har Beck solgt 7 millioner plater i USA [trenger referanse], og rundt 15 millioner verden over.
